Here at Epoch Eats our cakes will not be a carbon copy of something from a magazine or Pinterest. We design each cake for the individual(s) it is meant to celebrate.

As a cake designer, Rachel Thompson combines her love for food and years studying studio arts to create the edible masterpiece that will be a part of your event. To get to the design Chef Rachel will meet with the client and discuss the event (wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc), colors, themes, what the celebration is for, what the person likes, cake designs, art, or nature that may inspire them, etc., etc., etc.

Please note that Epoch Eats is not a bakery and does not do generic cakes, sheet cakes or copies of other designs. For us it is not just eggs, flour and sugar mixed into a cake, it is a piece of art and there is a lot of time spent on each design.
